How to reset/change Windows local & domain password or how to create a new administrator account with Windows Password Recovery Tool Ultimate?
Below are the steps to reset Windows domain administrator password by using Windows Password Recovery Tool Ultimate.
Step 1 . Download and install Windows Password Recovery Tool Ultimate :

2 . Double-click on the downloaded file to install Windows Password Recovery Tool Ultimate. You can install it on any PC you have access to, not necessarily on a computer you wish to unlock.
3 . The installation process is quick. Upon successful completion of the installation, an installation successful screen will be displayed! Enable the "Run Windows Password Recovery Tool Ultimate. Step 2 .Burn Windows password recovery Tool Ultimate to CD/DVD/USB Flash Drive

Part 1: Create a bootable CD/DVD or a USB flash drive with default ISO image
Use the default ISO image file provided by Windows Password Recovery Tool to burn a bootable CD/DVD or a USB flash drive. If your computer can't read the default ISO image, please refer to the option 2.
1 . Open Windows Password Recovery Tool Ultimate program
2 . Choose what Windows password reset device to burn :
The Ultimate Edition supports both CD/DVD and USB flash drive, now we take usb for example.
Click "Burn" button to start burning a password reset program to the USB flash drive.
3 . Click "Yes" button :

Part 2: Create a bootable CD/DVD or a USB flash drive with Advanced Recovery Wizard

Alternatively, you can choose Advanced Recovery Wizard to burn a bootable CD/DVD or a USB flash drive. This option will guide you step by step with clear wizards. It will help you select the Windows version of the target computer more precisely and burn bootable disk quickly. We also recommend it since this option can recover your forgotten Microsoft account password as well.
1. Open Windows Password Recovery Tool Ultimate program. And click the link at the bottom of the interface labeled as "Advanced Recovery Wizard – Create an advanced password reset CD/DVD/USB which has better hardware compatibility".
2. In the new window, you will see there are only 3 steps you need to do. Now, select the Windows version of the target computer, and choose CD/DVD or USB flash drive to make boot disk (you can also store bootable data in an *.iso file).
Note 1. You can also add WinPE drivers (RAID disks) if your hard disks are not recognized. Click on "Options" next to "Do Not specify the windows versions of the target computer". In the pop-up window, switch to "Add WinPE Drivers", select the "Specify WinPE Version" option to add your driver.
Note 2. If you select boot media as ISO Image, the bootable data will be stored on your local computer (in D:\boot.ios by default). This is very convenient and quick for you to boot a disk next time.
3. Click on "Burn" and then the tool will start to download system drives and you should only wait for a few minutes.
4. After it finishes downloading system drives, click on "Yes" in the pop-up window.It will automatically start to create your password reset disk.
Step 3 . Reset, Remove your Windows password or Remove, Create Account
There are 4 options for you to manage Windows password: Remove Windows password Reset/Change Windows password, Remove Windows accounts, and Create a new Windows account.
1 . Insert newly created CD/DVD or USB Flash Drive and reboot your computer from CD/DVD or USB flash drive.
NOTE:
If you’re using Windows 7 and older versions or have installed Windows 8 on an existing computer that uses the legacy BIOS system, you can simply set the BIOS to boot from CD/DVD-ROM or set the BIOS to boot from USB drive. For the computer with Windows 8 preinstalled uses UEFI, you should disable UEFI Secure Boot firstly, then access the BIOS in the traditional way.
2 . After the CD/DVD or USB disk boots and your computer reboots, you will get the main interface of this software. Here is how to manage.
Option 1: Remove Windows local or Domain password
This option allows you to remove your accounts password and login Windows without any password.
1. Select the Windows installation you would like to remove the password, and then choose "Reset your password". Click "Next" to proceed.
2. Select the user account whose password you want to remove. The user account info will be displayed automatically in the User Name and New Password box. Select "Remove the password" and click "Next" to proceed.
Note: You can't remove the password for Microsoft account.3. You have removed the password successfully. Click "Reboot" to restart your computer and login Windows system without any password.
Option 2: Reset or Change Windows local or Domain password
This option allows you to change your forgotten password and sign into Windows with a new password.
1. Select the Windows installation you would like to reset the password, and then choose "Reset your password". Click "Next" to proceed.
2. Select the user account whose password you want to reset. All user accounts including Microsoft accounts will be displayed automatically in the User Name and New Password box. Edit the password in the "New Password" box. New password was changed to Re123456 in default, you can edit it yourself.
3. You have changed the password successfully. Click "Reboot" to restart your computer and login Windows system with the new password.
Option 3: Remove a Windows local or Domain account
This option allows you to delete an unwanted account. Before removing, make sure there is no vital data stored there. Once removing the account, you will lose all information in that account.
1. Select the Windows installation you would like to remove the password, and then choose "Remove an admin". Click "Next" to proceed.
2. Select the user account you want to remove and click "Next" to continue.
3. Your password will be removed successfully. Click "Reboot" to restart your PC and login Windows with other accounts.
Option 4. Create a new Windows local and Domain account
This option allows you to create a new Windows local or domain account. Thus, you can login to the locked computer with the new username and password.
1. Select the Windows installation you would like to create a new account, and then choose "Create a new account". Click "Next" to proceed.
2. Enter the new User Name and Password, then click "Next" to proceed.
3. You have created a new account successfully. Click "Reboot" to restart your computer and login Windows system with the new username and password.
